When I realized that I had more aches and pains, fatigue, and weight at age 32 than my 70 year old grandmother did, I knew I had to get serious and stop taking my health for granted. I started researching how to have a healthy, youthful body and spirit for as long as possible, and wanted to share what I learned with others. These life-changing lessons ended up helping me to lose 35 pounds over the course of a year, and making me feel better than I did in my twenties. My mission is to make it easier to find real, helpful information about nutrition, weight loss, and getting fit. No gimmicks.
